Sol Rituals began with my own path to remembrance. For years, I searched outside myself for clarity, trying to make sense of the subtle disconnection I felt within.

It wasn’t until I turned inward; to stillness, sound, and sacred structure, that I began to remember something deeper; my SSOriginal Code™; my true essence.

That remembering became the seed of Sol Rituals.

    Attending the sound healing ceremony with Enza was one of the most grounding and soul-nourishing experiences I’ve had in a long time.     I first experienced Enza's gifts at the meditation and sound classes she was giving at Prana House: there was something uniquely special about the timbre and scope of the sounds she wove around us, and about the meditations, during which I, for the first time ever, felt as if I was actually meditating.

    Since then I have been working 1:1 with Enza. I thought it would be a slightly more finely tuned version of the meditation classes, but I have been astonished, and moved, by the degree and quality of the intuition she brings to bear on helping me to adjust and revivify my internal 'landscape'. Enza is calm and authoritative, while holding a safe and endlessly open space. 

    It is so liberating not to have to 'explain'  everything, but to have the essence of oneself divined and to be guided so matter of factly, and supported so articulately afterwards. It feels as if the sessions never actually stop but just keep on going through your everyday life.
