2. Bookings & Sessions

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. By booking a session or service, you agree to provide accurate personal information and show up on time. Cancellations or rescheduling should be made with at least 48 hours notice.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. No-shows or late cancellations may be charged in full.

3. Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payments are securely processed via third-party providers including Stripe, PayPal, and Acuity Scheduling. By booking, you authorise these platforms to process your payment on our behalf.

4. No Medical Advice

Sol Rituals provides spiritual and wellness guidance, which is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice. Always seek advice from qualified professionals for physical or mental health concerns.

5. Sensitive Information

While we welcome open communication, you are not required to share sensitive personal information. Anything you do choose to share will be treated respectfully and confidentially, in line with our Privacy Policy.
