SOL Reset is your energetic tune-up

In this 1:1 session, we work intuitively with sound, breath, and subtle energy recalibration to bring you back to clarity and inner coherence. You’ll be guided through breath and meditation, receive an intuitive sound healing, and experience light (or no) touch energetic alignment (in-person or remotely).

This session supports gentle rebalancing of your energy centres - helping your body, mind and energy field return to harmony. You’ll leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more yourself.

We also tune into your inner architecture across the five layers of Sol Return offering gentle recalibration to support calm, clarity, and reconnection. This is a beautiful first step if you’re new to energy work, or the perfect pause point between deeper sessions.

Initial sessions are 60 minutes, and return sessions are 45 minutes.
